According to the exact size and geometry of the sportsperson’s tibia, we start with a 3D scan of the leg. Later the protection is designed with the position and size chosen by the football player.
The Élite Protection carbon fibre shinpads are the most advanced shinpad product on the market.
The manufacturing process begins with a scan of the 3D geometry of the patient's legs. Afterwards, using the 3D software we design the shinpad with the size chosen by the football player. Continuing with the manufacturing process we use a multilayer material that has the same fibre as the one used for the Formula 1 chassis. The shinpad adapts perfectly to the patient’s leg, having a high resistance to impact as well as a thin and extreme light structure that makes it comfortable.
Because the shinpad fits the leg perfectly, it allows the distribution of energy to the whole surface of the pad, thus minimalizing the risk of injury in case of impact.
